2. We hereby declare that ApkaaCA is not an agent or not a direct professional. We are an aggregator platform providing services to users for finding respective professionals to performing on their needs.

3. By continuing with this website you are giving exclusive consent that you are agreed with the terms of use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy mentioned herewith. Your interaction with website constituting formal agreement between both parties and, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the website for such transactions.

9. As professionals are dealing with government departments to complete customers works, hence delay caused by late response by government shall not make any kind of liability over company and its employees.
10. The time period suggested or committed by the employees or other associates with us is solely based on average time idea. Hence no legal commitment bind on company or employees.
11. The Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to the use of the service provided by ApkaaCA. If any provision of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
